When are orders processed?


All orders will be processed within 24 hours if your order is received Monday through Friday before 12 PM CST. Holidays and Weekends are excluded. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Order acknowledgment and confirmation of product availability will be sent to you via email after your order is completed.




When will my order ship?


Please allow 2-3 business days to receive shippping confirmation after order is received and processed. An order tracking number will also be included in a separate order completion email.




When can I expect my pacakge to arrive?


All orders are shipped in the continental US via UPS and can take anywhere from 3-9 days to arrive. If you choose the UPS at checkout, your package will arrive in 1-5 days (excluding orders placed Friday after 12 pm through Sunday). If you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii and please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive.
